* All requests must be started within 30 days of delivery. Items need to be unopened unless they arrived defective or incorrect.
What We'll Take Back
We'll issue a refund or send a replacement in these cases:
✓ Defective Kits — Test kits that fail to give consistent, accurate results under normal use.
✓ Shipping Damage — Items that arrive visibly damaged from carrier handling.
✓ Wrong Item Shipped — You received a different product than what you ordered.
In every eligible case, you won't pay return shipping — we'll send a prepaid label or ship your replacement right away.
What We Can't Take Back
To keep our inventory reliable for every customer, we're unable to accept returns when:
The kit has been opened, partially used, or removed from its original packaging.
The wrong size or model was selected by the customer at checkout.
The return request comes more than 30 days after delivery.
The product was bought from a third-party seller rather than directly from DrugTestStrips.com.
Damage resulted from improper storage or handling on the customer's end.
Starting a Return
It only takes a few steps:
1. Email info@DrugTestStrips.com within 30 days of delivery.
2. Include your order number, a short description of the issue, and a photo if the item is damaged or defective.
3. We'll respond within 1–2 business days with next steps — a prepaid label, a replacement, or a refund confirmation.
4. If a return is needed, ship the item back using the provided label and original packaging.
5. Refunds process within 3–5 business days of us receiving the item.
We try to resolve most cases in a single exchange — no runaround, no unnecessary hoops.
How & When You're Refunded
Refunds go back to your original payment method.
Credit card refunds usually post within 3–7 business days, depending on your bank.
PayPal refunds typically process within 1–3 business days.
You'll get an email once your refund is initiated.
If it's been more than 7 business days since our confirmation and you still don't see it, let us know and we'll dig in.
Need a Different Size?
Email us to start an exchange. You'll cover return shipping on the original item — include a copy of your invoice or packing slip — and then place a new order for the size or format you actually need.
