The iScreen Oral Fluid Cube 7 Panel Drug Test uses oral fluid (saliva) instead of urine to detect the presence of drug residues and metabolites. A saliva sample is collected using the integrated collection sponge, which absorbs an adequate amount of oral fluid from the donor.
Once sufficient saliva has been collected, the test activates automatically and begins analyzing the sample using chromatographic immunoassay technology. Within approximately 5–10 minutes, the device displays preliminary qualitative results for Amphetamine, Cocaine, Methamphetamine, Opiates, Oxycodone, Phencyclidine, and Marijuana (THC).
This assay provides only a preliminary analytical result. Any preliminary positive result should be confirmed using an appropriate laboratory confirmation method such as Gas Chromatography/Mass Spectrometry (GC-MS) or Liquid Chromatography–Mass Spectrometry (LC-MS/MS)

Instructions for Use
Amphetamine is a prescription central nervous system stimulant commonly used to treat attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) and narcolepsy. While it has important medical uses, amphetamine is also frequently misused because of its stimulating effects on the brain and body. Misuse can increase dopamine and norepinephrine activity, producing feelings of increased energy, alertness, and confidence.
Amphetamine may be swallowed, snorted, or injected when used illicitly. Repeated misuse can result in tolerance, dependence, and addiction, making routine drug screening an important part of workplace safety and clinical monitoring.

Cocaine is a powerful central nervous system stimulant derived from the leaves of the coca plant. Although it has limited medical use in certain specialized procedures, it is primarily known as an illicit drug with a high potential for abuse and addiction. Cocaine produces an intense but short-lived feeling of euphoria by increasing dopamine levels in the brain, often leading users to take repeated doses.
People commonly use cocaine by snorting, smoking crack cocaine, or injecting it intravenously. Repeated use can rapidly lead to physical and psychological dependence.

Methamphetamine is a powerful and highly addictive stimulant that affects the central nervous system. Although it has limited prescription uses, it is most commonly encountered as an illicit drug because of its intense stimulant effects. Methamphetamine rapidly increases dopamine levels in the brain, producing feelings of euphoria, increased energy, and heightened alertness.
The drug is commonly smoked, snorted, swallowed, or injected. Frequent use can quickly lead to addiction and may cause serious physical, psychological, and neurological health problems over time.

Opiates are a class of drugs naturally derived from the opium poppy plant and are commonly prescribed to relieve moderate to severe pain. Common opiates include morphine and codeine, while heroin is an illegal opiate that is rapidly converted into morphine after entering the body. Although these drugs are highly effective for pain management, they also have a significant potential for misuse and addiction.
Opiates work by binding to opioid receptors in the brain and nervous system, reducing the perception of pain while producing feelings of relaxation and euphoria. Repeated misuse can lead to physical dependence and addiction, making routine drug screening an important component of workplace safety, rehabilitation programs, and clinical monitoring.

Oxycodone is a semi-synthetic opioid medication prescribed to treat moderate to severe pain. It is commonly found in prescription medications such as OxyContin®, Percocet®, and Roxicodone®. Due to its effectiveness in pain management and its high potential for abuse, oxycodone has become one of the most frequently misused prescription opioids.
Unlike general opiate screening tests, a dedicated Oxycodone (OXY) test is specifically designed to detect oxycodone and its metabolites, providing more accurate identification of oxycodone use in oral fluid.

Phencyclidine, commonly known as PCP or Angel Dust, is a powerful dissociative drug originally developed as an intravenous anesthetic. Due to its severe psychological side effects, its medical use in humans was discontinued. Today, PCP is an illicit drug that can cause hallucinations, distorted perceptions, aggressive behavior, and loss of coordination.
PCP affects the central nervous system by disrupting normal brain function and altering perception, mood, and behavior. Because of its unpredictable effects and high potential for abuse, PCP is commonly included in workplace, forensic, and rehabilitation drug testing programs.

Marijuana is a psychoactive substance derived from the Cannabis sativa plant. Its primary active ingredient, Delta-9-Tetrahydrocannabinol (THC), affects the brain by altering mood, memory, perception, and coordination. Marijuana is commonly used recreationally and, in some regions, for approved medical purposes. Because THC can impair judgment and motor skills, it remains one of the most frequently screened substances in workplace and roadside drug testing.
Unlike urine testing, oral fluid testing is particularly effective for identifying recent marijuana use, since THC can remain present in saliva shortly after smoking or consuming cannabis products.

Oral fluid drug testing has become increasingly popular because it offers a convenient and non-invasive alternative to urine drug testing. Since saliva is collected under direct observation, the possibility of specimen substitution or adulteration is significantly reduced.
Key advantages include:
Non-invasive specimen collection
No restroom facilities required
Easy to administer
Reduced risk of specimen tampering
Detects recent drug use
Rapid results
Suitable for workplace and roadside testing
Simple collection process
The Oral Fluid Cube 7 Panel Saliva Drug Test (SKU: SKU16267) provides a fast, reliable, and convenient solution for detecting Amphetamine (AMP), Cocaine (COC), Methamphetamine (mAMP), Opiates (OPI), Oxycodone (OXY), Phencyclidine (PCP), and Marijuana (THC) using a simple oral fluid sample. Its non-invasive saliva collection, rapid results in approximately 5–10 minutes, and ability to detect recent drug use make it an excellent choice for workplace drug testing, roadside screening, healthcare facilities, rehabilitation programs, and law enforcement agencies. By eliminating the need for urine collection while reducing the risk of specimen tampering, the Oral Fluid Cube offers an efficient and professional solution for modern drug screening programs. As with all rapid immunoassay screening devices, any preliminary positive result should be confirmed using an appropriate laboratory confirmation method such as Gas Chromatography/Mass Spectrometry (GC-MS) or Liquid Chromatography–Mass Spectrometry (LC-MS/MS) before clinical, legal, or employment decisions are made.
The iScreen Oral Fluid Cube 7 Panel Saliva Drug Test is a rapid oral fluid screening device designed for the simultaneous qualitative detection of seven commonly abused drugs in human saliva. Using advanced lateral flow immunoassay technology, the test provides fast, accurate, and convenient preliminary screening results without the need for urine or blood collection.
Unlike traditional urine drug tests, this oral fluid test detects recent drug use by analyzing saliva collected directly from the mouth. The non-invasive collection procedure makes the test quick, hygienic, and easy to administer while reducing the risk of specimen substitution or tampering.
The test simultaneously screens for Amphetamine (AMP), Cocaine (COC), Methamphetamine (mAMP), Opiates (OPI), Oxycodone (OXY), Phencyclidine (PCP), and Marijuana (THC). It is widely used in workplace drug testing, roadside screening, rehabilitation programs, healthcare facilities, law enforcement agencies, and occupational health clinics.
Results are available in approximately 5–10 minutes, providing reliable preliminary screening for recent drug exposure

A negative result is indicated when two colored lines appear for each drug panel—one in the Control (C) region and one in the Test (T) region. Even a faint Test line should be interpreted as a negative result.
A preliminary positive result is indicated when only one colored line appears in the Control (C) region and no line appears in the Test (T) region for the corresponding drug.
Because this is a preliminary screening test, all positive results should be confirmed using Gas Chromatography/Mass Spectrometry (GC-MS) or Liquid Chromatography–Mass Spectrometry (LC-MS/MS).
If the Control (C) line does not appear, the test is invalid and should be repeated using a new test device
