The test card uses a competitive lateral flow immunoassay to detect Fentanyl in urine. Simply dip the absorbent end of the test card into the urine specimen for the recommended time, then place it on a flat surface while the reaction develops. Results are typically available within 5 minutes.
As with all rapid immunoassay screening tests, any preliminary positive result should be confirmed using a laboratory confirmation method such as Gas Chromatography/Mass Spectrometry (GC-MS) or Liquid Chromatography–Mass Spectrometry (LC-MS/MS)

Fentanyl is a powerful synthetic opioid prescribed for the management of severe pain, particularly after surgery or for patients with chronic pain who require opioid therapy. It is approximately 50–100 times more potent than morphine, making it highly effective when used under medical supervision. However, illicit use or misuse of fentanyl significantly increases the risk of overdose, respiratory depression, and death.
Because of its high potency, fentanyl has become one of the most commonly detected opioids in overdose cases. Rapid urine screening can help identify recent fentanyl exposure and support timely clinical or workplace decisions.

Fentanyl is typically detectable in urine for 1–3 days after use, although frequent or long-term use may extend the detection period
The Fentanyl Drug Test Card provides a fast, accurate, and convenient solution for screening urine samples for Fentanyl (FYL). With a 200 ng/mL cutoff level, easy dip-and-read operation, and results available in approximately 5 minutes, it is well suited for professional point-of-care testing as well as home use. Each test card is individually packaged for single-use convenience, and every box contains 25 test cards. As with all rapid immunoassay drug screening devices, any preliminary positive result should be confirmed using a laboratory confirmation method such as GC-MS or LC-MS/MS before clinical or legal decisions are made.
The Fentanyl Drug Test Card is a rapid, one-step urine screening test designed for the qualitative detection of Fentanyl (FYL) and its metabolites in human urine. This easy-to-use dip-and-read test provides fast, reliable preliminary screening results within approximately 5 minutes, making it suitable for professional and personal testing environments.
Designed for convenience and accuracy, the test requires only a urine sample and does not require any specialized equipment or laboratory processing for initial screening. The Fentanyl Drug Test Card is commonly used in workplaces, healthcare facilities, rehabilitation centers, law enforcement agencies, educational institutions, sports organizations, and home testing.
Each box contains 25 individually packaged test cards for single-use urine drug screening.

Two colored lines appear—one in the Control (C) region and one in the Test (T) region. Even a faint line in the T region should be interpreted as a negative result.
Only one colored line appears in the Control (C) region, and no line appears in the Test (T) region. Any preliminary positive result should be confirmed using a laboratory method such as GC-MS or LC-MS/MS.
If no line appears in the Control (C) region, the test is invalid regardless of whether a line appears in the Test region. Repeat the test using a new test card.
