The 11-Panel Urine Drug Test Cassette uses lateral flow chromatographic immunoassay technology to detect specific drugs and their metabolites in human urine.
After collecting the urine specimen, a small amount of the sample is added to the designated sample wells on the cassette. The urine migrates across the test membrane, where specific antibodies react with the targeted drug or metabolite.
If the concentration of a drug is below the established screening cutoff level, both the Control (C) and Test (T) lines appear, indicating a negative result.
If the concentration of a drug is equal to or greater than the established cutoff level, only the Control (C) line appears while the corresponding Test (T) line is absent, indicating a preliminary positive result.
Because this device provides preliminary screening results only, any preliminary positive result should be confirmed using Gas Chromatography/Mass Spectrometry (GC-MS) or Liquid Chromatography–Mass Spectrometry (LC-MS/MS) before making medical, legal, or employment decisions.
Amphetamine is a prescription central nervous system (CNS) stimulant used medically to treat conditions such as ADHD and narcolepsy. It increases activity in the brain and nervous system, helping improve alertness, attention, and concentration.
Because amphetamine can also be misused for its stimulating effects, it is commonly included in professional urine drug screening programs.

As with all rapid immunoassay screening devices, any preliminary positive result should be confirmed using an appropriate laboratory confirmation method such as GC-MS or LC-MS/MS before medical, legal, employment, or forensic decisions are made.
The iCassette 11-Panel Urine Drug Test Cassette is a rapid, one-step urine drug screening device designed to provide fast, convenient, and reliable preliminary detection of 11 commonly monitored drugs in human urine. Using lateral flow chromatographic immunoassay technology, the cassette delivers preliminary qualitative results in approximately 5 minutes, making it suitable for professional point-of-care and laboratory drug screening applications.
The cassette requires only a small urine specimen, making the testing process simple and efficient. Its convenient drop-and-read format minimizes specimen handling while providing clear and easy-to-interpret results for healthcare professionals and trained testing personnel.
This 11-panel configuration simultaneously screens for Amphetamine (AMP), Barbiturates (BAR), Benzodiazepines (BZO), Cocaine (COC), MDMA (Ecstasy), Morphine/Opiates (MOP), Oxycodone (OXY), Phencyclidine (PCP), Propoxyphene (PPX), Tricyclic Antidepressants (TCA), and Marijuana (THC).
The broad drug panel allows organizations to perform multiple screenings using a single urine specimen. The compact cassette format makes it convenient for professional drug testing programs where rapid preliminary results are required.
This assay provides preliminary qualitative screening results only. A colored line appears in both the Control (C) region and the Test (T) region for the corresponding drug panel. Even a faint Test (T) line should be interpreted as a negative result, indicating that the drug concentration is below the established screening cutoff level.
Only one colored line appears in the Control (C) region while no line appears in the corresponding Test (T) region. This indicates that the drug concentration may be at or above the established screening cutoff level.
All preliminary positive results should be confirmed using Gas Chromatography/Mass Spectrometry (GC-MS) or Liquid Chromatography–Mass Spectrometry (LC-MS/MS) before medical, legal, or employment decisions are made.
If no colored line appears in the Control (C) region, the test is invalid regardless of whether a Test line appears. Repeat the test using a new cassette and a fresh urine specimen.
