The 4-Drug Test Card (COC/AMP/THC/OPI) uses a lateral flow chromatographic immunoassay to simultaneously detect Cocaine (COC), Amphetamine (AMP), Marijuana (THC), and Opiates (OPI) metabolites in human urine. Simply dip the absorbent end of the test card into the urine specimen for the recommended time, then place it on a clean, flat surface while the reaction develops. Results are typically available within 5 minutes.
This test provides a preliminary analytical result only. Any preliminary positive result should be confirmed using a laboratory confirmation method such as Gas Chromatography/Mass Spectrometry (GC-MS) or Liquid Chromatography–Mass Spectrometry (LC-MS/MS). Clinical evaluation and professional judgment should always be considered when interpreting drug screening results.

Instructions for Use (IFU)
Cocaine is a powerful central nervous system stimulant derived from the leaves of the coca plant. It is commonly abused for its euphoric effects and can rapidly increase dopamine levels in the brain, leading to a high risk of dependence and addiction. This test detects Benzoylecgonine, the primary metabolite of cocaine, in human urine.
Increased energy
Euphoria
Heightened alertness
Rapid heartbeat
Elevated blood pressure
Reduced appetite
Anxiety
Restlessness
Coke, Blow, Snow, Crack, Flake, Rock, Yayo, Nose Candy.
Cocaine metabolites are typically detectable in urine for 2–4 days after use, although heavy or frequent use may extend the detection period.

Amphetamine (AMP) is a central nervous system stimulant prescribed to treat conditions such as Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) and narcolepsy. While effective when used under medical supervision, amphetamine is also commonly misused for its stimulant effects, including increased energy and alertness. This test detects Amphetamine (AMP) in human urine to help identify recent use.

Amphetamine is generally detectable in urine for 2–4 days after use. Detection times may vary depending on dosage, frequency of use, metabolism, and overall health.

Marijuana, also known as cannabis, is a psychoactive substance derived from the Cannabis sativa plant. Its primary active ingredient, Delta-9-tetrahydrocannabinol (THC), affects the brain by interacting with cannabinoid receptors, producing feelings of relaxation, altered perception, and euphoria. This test detects THC metabolites in human urine, which remain detectable long after the psychoactive effects have worn off.

Opiates (OPI) are a class of drugs derived naturally from the opium poppy or produced as closely related compounds. They are commonly prescribed to relieve moderate to severe pain but also have a high potential for misuse and dependence. Common opiates include morphine, codeine, and heroin. This test primarily detects morphine and related opiate metabolites in human urine.

Opiates are generally detectable in urine for 2–3 days after use. Detection time may vary depending on the type of opiate used, dosage, metabolism, and frequency of use.

The 4-Drug Test Card (COC/AMP/THC/OPI) provides a fast, accurate, and convenient solution for the simultaneous detection of Cocaine (COC), Amphetamine (AMP), Marijuana (THC), and Opiates (OPI) in human urine. Featuring a simple dip-and-read procedure, reliable preliminary results in approximately 5 minutes, and screening cutoffs of 300 ng/mL for Cocaine, 1,000 ng/mL for Amphetamine, 50 ng/mL for Marijuana, and 2,000 ng/mL for Opiates, it is ideal for workplace drug testing, healthcare facilities, rehabilitation programs, law enforcement agencies, and home use. Each test card is individually packaged for single-use convenience and delivers dependable preliminary screening results without requiring specialized laboratory equipment. As with all rapid immunoassay screening devices, any preliminary positive result should be confirmed using Gas Chromatography/Mass Spectrometry (GC-MS) or Liquid Chromatography–Mass Spectrometry (LC-MS/MS) before clinical, legal, or employment decisions are made.
The 4-Drug Test Card (COC/AMP/THC/OPI) is a rapid, one-step urine drug screening test designed for the simultaneous qualitative detection of Cocaine (COC), Amphetamine (AMP), Marijuana (THC), and Opiates (OPI) in human urine. Using a lateral flow chromatographic immunoassay, this test provides reliable preliminary screening results without requiring specialized laboratory equipment.
The easy-to-use dip-and-read design delivers accurate preliminary results in approximately 5 minutes, making it an ideal solution for fast and efficient drug screening. The 4-Drug Test Card is suitable for workplace drug testing, healthcare facilities, rehabilitation centers, law enforcement agencies, educational institutions, and home drug testing.
Each box contains 25 individually packaged test cards for convenient single-use urine drug testing.

A negative result is indicated when two colored lines appear for each drug panel—one in the Control (C) region and one in the Test (T) region. Even a faint line in the Test (T) region should be interpreted as a negative result.
A preliminary positive result is indicated when only one colored line appears in the Control (C) region and no line appears in the Test (T) region for the corresponding drug. This indicates that the drug concentration may be at or above the designated screening cutoff. Any preliminary positive result should be confirmed using Gas Chromatography/Mass Spectrometry (GC-MS) or Liquid Chromatography–Mass Spectrometry (LC-MS/MS).
If no colored line appears in the Control (C) region, the test is invalid, regardless of whether a Test line appears. Repeat the test using a new test card.
