The iCup™ Urine Test Drug Screen Cup uses lateral flow chromatographic immunoassay technology to qualitatively detect drugs and their metabolites in human urine. After the urine specimen is collected directly into the self-contained cup, the integrated test strips analyze the sample for each targeted drug.
The device also performs Specimen Validity Testing by measuring Creatinine (CRE), pH, and Oxidants (OX) to help determine whether the specimen appears normal or has potentially been diluted or chemically altered.
If the drug concentration is below the established screening cutoff level, both the Control (C) and Test (T) lines appear, indicating a negative result. If the drug concentration is equal to or greater than the cutoff level, only the Control (C) line appears, indicating a preliminary positive result.
Because this device provides preliminary screening results only, any positive finding should be confirmed using Gas Chromatography–Mass Spectrometry (GC-MS) before medical, legal, or employment decisions are made
Amphetamine is a prescription central nervous system (CNS) stimulant commonly used to treat Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) and narcolepsy. It works by increasing the activity of certain neurotransmitters in the brain, improving focus, alertness, and concentration. However, amphetamine is also frequently misused because of its stimulant effects and potential to enhance energy and performance.
Because of its abuse potential, amphetamine is routinely included in workplace, clinical, rehabilitation, and forensic drug testing programs.

Insomnia
Long-term misuse may result in dependence, cardiovascular complications, aggression, and mental health disorders.
Speed, Uppers, Bennies, Dexies, Pep Pills, Addys.
Amphetamine is generally detectable in urine for approximately 2–4 days after use
Cocaine is a powerful central nervous system stimulant derived from the coca plant. It produces intense but short-lived feelings of euphoria, increased confidence, and heightened alertness by rapidly increasing dopamine levels in the brain. Cocaine has a high potential for abuse and addiction and is routinely included in workplace, clinical, and forensic drug testing panels.
Increased energy
Euphoria
Heightened alertness
Rapid heartbeat
Elevated blood pressure
Reduced appetite
Anxiety
Restlessness
Long-term misuse may contribute to heart attack, stroke, depression, and substance dependence.
Coke, Blow, Snow, Crack, Rock, Flake, Yayo, White.
Cocaine is generally detectable in urine for approximately 2–4 days after use
Methamphetamine is a powerful central nervous system stimulant that affects the brain and nervous system. Although it has limited medical uses, it is primarily associated with illicit drug abuse because of its highly addictive nature. Methamphetamine increases dopamine levels in the brain, producing intense feelings of euphoria, increased energy, and heightened alertness.

Heightened alertness
Euphoria
Rapid heartbeat
Elevated blood pressure
Reduced appetite
Anxiety
Aggressive behavior
Long-term misuse may result in addiction, severe weight loss, paranoia, hallucinations, memory impairment, and cardiovascular complications.
Meth, Crystal Meth, Ice, Glass, Tina, Crank.
Methamphetamine is generally detectable in urine for approximately 2–5 days after use.
Opiates are naturally occurring opioid drugs derived from the opium poppy, including morphine and codeine. They are commonly prescribed to relieve moderate to severe pain but are also frequently abused because of their pain-relieving and euphoric effects.
Repeated misuse can quickly lead to tolerance, physical dependence, addiction, and life-threatening respiratory depression. Because of their widespread misuse, opiates are routinely included in workplace, clinical, rehabilitation, and forensic drug testing panels.
Pain relief
Euphoria
Relaxation
Drowsiness
Constricted pupils
Slowed breathing
Nausea
Constipation
Long-term misuse may result in opioid dependence, overdose, respiratory failure, coma, and death.
Smack, Dope, H, Horse, Junk, Mud.
Opiates are generally detectable in urine for approximately 2–3 days after use
Phencyclidine (PCP), commonly known as Angel Dust, is a dissociative hallucinogenic drug originally developed as a surgical anesthetic. Although its medical use has been discontinued, PCP continues to be abused because of its powerful hallucinogenic and mind-altering effects.
PCP affects the central nervous system and can significantly alter perception, mood, behavior, and coordination. Because of its unpredictable effects and high abuse potential, it remains an important component of workplace, clinical, and forensic drug screening programs.
Hallucinations
Detachment from reality
Confusion
Aggressive behavior
Numbness
Loss of coordination
Elevated blood pressure
Agitation
Heavy use may result in seizures, psychosis, coma, and death.
Angel Dust, Sherm, Wet, Rocket Fuel, Love Boat, Embalming Fluid.
PCP is generally detectable in urine for approximately 7–14 days, depending on the frequency of use
The iCup™ Urine Test Drug Screen Cup (5 Panel with Adulterant Testing) provides a fast, convenient, and reliable solution for on-site urine drug screening. Its integrated self-contained collection cup minimizes specimen handling and collector exposure while delivering preliminary results in approximately 5 minutes that can also be photocopied for documentation and record keeping.
With 5 drug panels and built-in Specimen Validity Testing (Creatinine, pH, and Oxidants), the device helps verify specimen integrity while screening for commonly abused drugs. Designed for professional in vitro diagnostic use, it is well suited for workplace testing, healthcare facilities, occupational health clinics, rehabilitation programs, and forensic applications. As with all rapid immunoassay screening devices, any preliminary positive result should be confirmed using Gas Chromatography–Mass Spectrometry (GC-MS) before medical, legal, or employment decisions are made.

A colored line appears in both the Control (C) and Test (T) regions for each drug panel. Even a faint Test (T) line should be interpreted as a negative result, indicating that the drug concentration is below the established screening cutoff level.
A colored line appears only in the Control (C) region, while no line appears in the corresponding Test (T) region. This indicates that the drug concentration may be at or above the screening cutoff level. Any preliminary positive result should be confirmed using Gas Chromatography–Mass Spectrometry (GC-MS) before medical, legal, employment, or clinical decisions are made.
If no Control (C) line appears, the test is invalid regardless of whether a Test line appears. Repeat the test using a new device and a fresh urine specimen.
This configuration includes Specimen Validity Testing (SVT) to help identify urine samples that may have been diluted, substituted, or chemically altered before testing.
Measures creatinine concentration to help determine whether the urine specimen is excessively diluted.
Measures the acidity or alkalinity of the urine specimen. Abnormal pH values may indicate specimen adulteration.
Detects oxidizing agents or adulterants that may be added to urine in an attempt to interfere with drug test results
