The iScreen™ Urine Test Drug Screen Dip Card uses lateral flow chromatographic immunoassay technology to detect specific drugs and their metabolites in human urine. During testing, the absorbent end of the dip card is immersed into the urine specimen, allowing the sample to migrate across individual test strips containing highly specific antibodies for each targeted drug.
If the concentration of a drug is below the established screening cutoff level, both the Control (C) and Test (T) lines appear, indicating a negative result. If the concentration is equal to or greater than the cutoff level, only the Control (C) line appears, indicating a preliminary positive result.
Because this device provides preliminary screening results only, any positive result should be confirmed using Gas Chromatography/Mass Spectrometry (GC-MS) or Liquid Chromatography–Tandem Mass Spectrometry (LC-MS/MS) before making medical, legal, or employment decisions
Amphetamine is a prescription central nervous system (CNS) stimulant commonly used to treat Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) and narcolepsy. When used as prescribed, it helps improve focus, concentration, and alertness. However, amphetamine is also widely abused for its stimulant effects, making it one of the most commonly detected substances in workplace and clinical drug testing.

Cocaine is a powerful central nervous system stimulant derived from the coca plant. It produces intense but short-lived feelings of euphoria, increased confidence, and energy by rapidly increasing dopamine levels in the brain. Cocaine has a high potential for abuse and addiction and is routinely included in workplace, clinical, and forensic drug testing panels.

MDMA (3,4-Methylenedioxymethamphetamine), commonly known as Ecstasy or Molly, is a synthetic psychoactive drug with stimulant and mild hallucinogenic properties. It increases serotonin, dopamine, and norepinephrine levels in the brain, producing feelings of euphoria, emotional warmth, and increased energy.
Although often associated with parties and music festivals, repeated or high-dose use can lead to dehydration, hyperthermia, cardiovascular complications, and long-term cognitive impairment.

MDMA is generally detectable in urine for 2–4 days after use
Methadone is a long-acting synthetic opioid prescribed to treat chronic pain and opioid use disorder. It helps reduce withdrawal symptoms and cravings in medication-assisted treatment (MAT) programs while also providing long-lasting pain relief for certain patients.
Although methadone is an effective treatment medication, it also carries a risk of misuse, dependence, and overdose. For this reason, methadone is commonly included in workplace, rehabilitation, and clinical drug testing panels.

Improper use may result in respiratory depression, overdose, irregular heartbeat, and dependence.
Fizzies, Dollies, Juice, Amidone, Methadose.
Methadone is generally detectable in urine for 3–7 days after use.
Opiates are naturally occurring opioid drugs derived from the opium poppy, including morphine and codeine. They are commonly prescribed to relieve moderate to severe pain but also have a high potential for misuse because of their pain-relieving and euphoric effects

Opiates are generally detectable in urine for 2–3 days, depending on the specific opioid and frequency of use.
Phencyclidine (PCP), commonly known as Angel Dust, is a dissociative hallucinogenic drug originally developed as an anesthetic. Its medical use was discontinued because of severe psychological side effects, but it continues to be abused for its mind-altering and hallucinogenic properties.
PCP can significantly affect perception, behavior, and coordination, often leading to unpredictable or violent behavior. Because of these risks, it remains an important drug included in comprehensive drug screening panels.

A colored line appears in both the Control (C) region and the Test (T) region for each drug panel. Even a faint Test (T) line should be interpreted as a negative result.
Only one colored line appears in the Control (C) region while no line appears in the corresponding Test (T) region. This indicates that the drug concentration may be at or above the established screening cutoff level. All preliminary positive results should be confirmed using Gas Chromatography/Mass Spectrometry (GC-MS) or Liquid Chromatography–Tandem Mass Spectrometry (LC-MS/MS) before medical, legal, or employment decisions are made.
If no colored line appears in the Control (C) region, the test is invalid regardless of whether a Test line appears. Repeat the test using a new test device and a fresh urine specimen
