The Amphetamine (AMP) Drug Test Card uses a lateral flow chromatographic immunoassay to detect Amphetamine in human urine. Simply dip the absorbent end of the test card into the urine specimen for the recommended time, then place it on a clean, flat surface while the reaction develops. Results are typically available within 5 minutes.
This test provides a preliminary analytical result only. Any preliminary positive result should be confirmed using a laboratory confirmation method such as Gas Chromatography/Mass Spectrometry (GC-MS) or Liquid Chromatography–Mass Spectrometry (LC-MS/MS).

Amphetamine (AMP) is a central nervous system (CNS) stimulant that affects chemicals in the brain and nerves responsible for attention, focus, and impulse control. It belongs to a class of medications known as psychostimulants and is commonly prescribed to treat conditions such as Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) and narcolepsy. When used as prescribed, amphetamine can help improve concentration, alertness, and overall cognitive performance.
The Amphetamine (AMP) Drug Test Card is designed to detect Amphetamine in human urine at a 1000 ng/mL screening cutoff, providing fast and reliable preliminary screening results for professional and personal drug testing programs.
Amphetamine is an FDA-approved medication that has been used for decades to treat several medical conditions under the supervision of a healthcare professional. It is primarily prescribed to:
Treat Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD)
Help manage narcolepsy (a sleep disorder causing excessive daytime sleepiness)
Improve attention span and concentration
Increase wakefulness in patients with sleep disorders
Common prescription amphetamine medications include Adderall®, Evekeo®, and Dexedrine®. Because amphetamines have the potential for misuse and dependence, they are classified as controlled substances and should only be used as directed by a qualified healthcare provider.
Although amphetamine has important medical uses, it is also one of the most commonly misused stimulant drugs. People may misuse amphetamines for increased energy, improved focus, enhanced athletic performance, or recreational purposes. Repeated misuse can lead to tolerance, dependence, and addiction.
Long-term amphetamine misuse has been associated with:
Increased heart rate and blood pressure
Anxiety and panic attacks
Irritability and aggressive behavior
Difficulty sleeping (insomnia)
Loss of appetite and weight loss
Memory and concentration problems
Mood changes and depression
Increased risk of cardiovascular complications
Because of these risks, amphetamine screening is widely used in workplace drug testing, rehabilitation programs, healthcare facilities, educational institutions, and law enforcement investigations.

Improved concentration
Elevated energy levels

Amphetamine is typically detectable in urine for 2–4 days after use. The detection window may vary depending on dosage, frequency of use, metabolism, age, and overall health.
The Amphetamine (AMP) Drug Test Card provides a fast, accurate, and convenient solution for detecting Amphetamine in human urine. Featuring a 1,000 ng/mL screening cutoff, a simple dip-and-read procedure, and results available in approximately 5 minutes, it is ideal for workplace drug screening, healthcare facilities, rehabilitation programs, and home testing. Each test card is individually packaged for single-use convenience and delivers reliable preliminary screening results without requiring specialized laboratory equipment. As with all rapid immunoassay drug screening devices, any preliminary positive result should be confirmed using Gas Chromatography/Mass Spectrometry (GC-MS) or Liquid Chromatography–Mass Spectrometry (LC-MS/MS) before clinical, legal, or employment decisions are made.
The Amphetamine (AMP) Drug Test Card is a rapid, one-step urine drug screening test designed for the qualitative detection of Amphetamine (AMP) in human urine. Using a lateral flow chromatographic immunoassay, the test delivers reliable preliminary screening results at a 1,000 ng/mL cutoff concentration without requiring specialized laboratory equipment.
This easy-to-use single-panel drug test features a simple dip-and-read procedure, providing accurate preliminary results in approximately 5 minutes. The Amphetamine Drug Test Card is suitable for workplace drug testing, healthcare facilities, rehabilitation centers, educational institutions, law enforcement agencies, and home drug screening.

Two colored lines appear—one in the Control (C) region and one in the Test (T) region. Even a faint line in the Test (T) region should be interpreted as a negative result.
Only one colored line appears in the Control (C) region, while no line appears in the Test (T) region. This indicates that Amphetamine may be present at or above the 1000 ng/mL screening cutoff. Any preliminary positive result should be confirmed using Gas Chromatography/Mass Spectrometry (GC-MS) or Liquid Chromatography–Mass Spectrometry (LC-MS/MS).
If no colored line appears in the Control (C) region, the test is invalid, regardless of whether a Test line appears. Repeat the test using a new test card.
