The iScreen™ Urine Test Drug Screen Click Cup uses lateral flow chromatographic immunoassay technology to qualitatively detect drugs and their metabolites in human urine. After the urine specimen is collected directly into the cup, the Click Lid is securely closed to activate the test. The click mechanism ensures the cup is properly sealed, helping preserve specimen integrity and reducing the risk of leakage during handling or transportation.
The integrated test strips analyze the urine sample for each targeted drug. If the drug concentration is below the established screening cutoff level, both the Control (C) and Test (T) lines appear, indicating a negative result. If the drug concentration is equal to or greater than the cutoff level, only the Control (C) line appears, indicating a preliminary positive result.
Because this device provides preliminary screening results only, any positive finding should be confirmed using Gas Chromatography/Mass Spectrometry (GC-MS), Liquid Chromatography/Mass Spectrometry (LC-MS), or Liquid Chromatography/Tandem Mass Spectrometry (LC-MS/MS) before medical, legal, employment, or clinical decisions are made.
Amphetamine is a prescription central nervous system (CNS) stimulant commonly prescribed to treat Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) and narcolepsy. It works by increasing the levels of certain neurotransmitters in the brain, improving concentration, alertness, and focus. Despite its legitimate medical uses, amphetamine is frequently misused for its stimulant and performance-enhancing effects.
Due to its abuse potential, amphetamine is routinely included in workplace, clinical, rehabilitation, and forensic drug testing programs.

Buprenorphine is a partial opioid agonist prescribed for the treatment of opioid dependence and moderate to severe pain. It is widely used in medication-assisted treatment (MAT) programs because it helps reduce opioid cravings and withdrawal symptoms while producing fewer euphoric effects than full opioid agonists. Despite its therapeutic benefits, buprenorphine may still be misused and is therefore commonly included in professional drug screening panels.

MDMA (3,4-Methylenedioxymethamphetamine), commonly known as Ecstasy or Molly, is a synthetic psychoactive substance with both stimulant and mild hallucinogenic properties. It increases serotonin, dopamine, and norepinephrine levels in the brain, producing feelings of euphoria, emotional warmth, and increased energy.
Although often associated with recreational use, repeated use may contribute to dehydration, hyperthermia, cardiovascular complications, and long-term cognitive impairment.

Methamphetamine is a powerful central nervous system (CNS) stimulant that affects the brain and nervous system. Although it has limited medical uses, it is most commonly associated with illicit drug abuse because of its highly addictive nature. Methamphetamine increases dopamine levels in the brain, producing intense feelings of euphoria, increased energy, and heightened alertness.

Morphine is a naturally occurring opioid medication used to relieve moderate to severe pain. Opiates include drugs such as morphine and codeine, while some screening panels also detect related opioid compounds. Although these medications have important medical uses, they are frequently misused because of their pain-relieving and euphoric effects.
Repeated misuse can quickly lead to tolerance, physical dependence, addiction, and life-threatening respiratory depression. Because of their widespread misuse, morphine and opiates are routinely included in workplace, clinical, rehabilitation, and forensic drug testing panels.

The iScreen™ Urine Test Drug Screen Click Cup (11 Panel) provides a fast, convenient, and reliable solution for on-site urine drug screening. Its innovative Click Cup design ensures the specimen cup is securely sealed, helping maintain sample integrity while eliminating the need to tilt the cup during test activation.
With the ability to screen for 11 commonly abused drugs, the self-contained device delivers preliminary results in approximately 5 minutes and is well suited for workplace testing, healthcare facilities, rehabilitation programs, occupational health clinics, and forensic applications. The sealed cup design also makes it suitable for transporting preliminary positive specimens to the laboratory for confirmatory testing. As with all rapid immunoassay screening devices, any preliminary positive result should be confirmed using Gas Chromatography/Mass Spectrometry (GC-MS), Liquid Chromatography/Mass Spectrometry (LC-MS), or Liquid Chromatography/Tandem Mass Spectrometry (LC-MS/MS) before medical, legal, or employment decisions are made.
The iScreen™ Urine Test Drug Screen Click Cup is a rapid, convenient, and easy-to-use urine drug screening device designed for the qualitative detection of multiple drugs and drug metabolites in human urine. Its innovative Click Cup design features a secure lid that clicks into place, ensuring the specimen cup is properly sealed to help maintain sample integrity throughout the testing process.
Designed for workplace, clinical, rehabilitation, and forensic applications, the iScreen™ Urine Test Drug Screen Click Cup combines specimen collection and drug screening into a single self-contained device. The simple activation process eliminates the need to tilt the cup, allowing fast and reliable on-site drug testing with preliminary results available in approximately 5 minutes.
This 11-panel configuration simultaneously screens for Amphetamine (AMP), Barbiturates (BAR), Buprenorphine (BUP), Benzodiazepines (BZO), Cocaine (COC), MDMA (Ecstasy), Methamphetamine (MET), Morphine/Opiates (MOP/OPI), Methadone (MTD), Oxycodone (OXY), and Phencyclidine (PCP) using a single urine specimen.
The self-contained cup is ideal for securely transporting preliminary positive specimens to a laboratory for confirmatory testing. The Click Lid helps ensure proper sealing, reducing the risk of leakage and helping preserve specimen integrity during handling and transportation.
The iScreen™ Urine Test Drug Screen Click Cup provides preliminary qualitative screening results only. Any preliminary positive result should be confirmed using Gas Chromatography/Mass Spectrometry (GC-MS), Liquid Chromatography/Mass Spectrometry (LC-MS), Liquid Chromatography/Tandem Mass Spectrometry (LC-MS/MS), or another appropriate confirmatory laboratory method before medical, legal, or employment decisions are made.
The device is intended for in vitro diagnostic use only and is CLIA Waived for eligible testing environments

A colored line appears in both the Control (C) and Test (T) regions for each drug panel. Even a faint Test (T) line should be interpreted as a negative result, indicating that the drug concentration is below the established screening cutoff level.
A colored line appears only in the Control (C) region, while no line appears in the corresponding Test (T) region. This indicates that the drug concentration may be at or above the screening cutoff level.
If no Control (C) line appears, the test is invalid regardless of whether a Test line appears. Repeat the test using a new device and a fresh urine specimen
