The iScreen™ Urine Test Drug Screen Dip Card uses lateral flow chromatographic immunoassay technology to detect specific drugs and their metabolites in human urine. During testing, the absorbent end of the dip card is immersed into the urine specimen, allowing the sample to migrate across individual test strips containing highly specific antibodies for each targeted drug.
If the concentration of a drug is below the established screening cutoff level, both the Control (C) and Test (T) lines appear, indicating a negative result. If the concentration is equal to or greater than the cutoff level, only the Control (C) line appears, indicating a preliminary positive result.
Because this device provides preliminary screening results only, any positive result should be confirmed using Gas Chromatography/Mass Spectrometry (GC-MS) or Liquid Chromatography–Tandem Mass Spectrometry (LC-MS/MS) before making medical, legal, or employment decisions
Amphetamine is a prescription central nervous system (CNS) stimulant commonly used to treat Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) and narcolepsy. When taken under medical supervision, it helps improve focus, concentration, and alertness. However, amphetamine is also frequently misused for its stimulant effects, making it one of the most commonly detected substances in workplace and clinical drug testing.
Increased energy
Heightened alertness
Elevated mood
Increased heart rate
Reduced appetite
Restlessness
Anxiety
Difficulty sleeping
Long-term misuse may result in dependence, cardiovascular complications, aggression, and mental health disorders.
Speed, Uppers, Bennies, Black Beauties, Pep Pills, Dexies, Addys.
Amphetamine is generally detectable in urine for 1–3 days after use
Cocaine is a powerful central nervous system stimulant derived from the leaves of the coca plant. Although it has limited medical use in certain specialized procedures, it is primarily known as an illicit drug with a high potential for abuse and addiction. Cocaine produces an intense but short-lived feeling of euphoria by increasing dopamine levels in the brain, often leading users to take repeated doses.
People commonly use cocaine by snorting, smoking crack cocaine, or injecting it intravenously. Repeated use can rapidly lead to physical and psychological dependence. Because cocaine affects the body's cardiovascular and nervous systems, even occasional misuse can pose significant health risks. Many employers, healthcare providers, rehabilitation centers, and law enforcement agencies routinely include cocaine in workplace and clinical drug screening programs to help identify recent drug use.
Increased energy and alertness
Euphoria and overconfidence
Rapid heart rate
Elevated blood pressure
Decreased appetite
Anxiety and irritability
Restlessness
Strong drug cravings after the effects wear off
Long-term abuse may increase the risk of heart attack, stroke, depression, memory problems, and substance use disorder.
Coke, Blow, Snow, Flake, Crack, Rock, Yayo, Nose Candy, White, Dust.
Cocaine metabolites are typically detectable in urine for 2–4 days after occasional use, although chronic or heavy users may remain positive for a longer period
Opiates are naturally occurring opioid drugs derived from the opium poppy, including morphine and codeine. They are commonly prescribed to relieve moderate to severe pain but also have a high potential for misuse because of their pain-relieving and euphoric effects.
Repeated misuse can quickly lead to tolerance, physical dependence, addiction, and life-threatening respiratory depression. Opiates are among the most commonly screened substances in workplace, clinical, and rehabilitation drug testing programs.
Pain relief
Euphoria
Relaxation
Drowsiness
Constricted pupils
Slowed breathing
Nausea
Constipation
Long-term misuse may result in opioid dependence, overdose, respiratory failure, coma, and death.
Smack, Dope, H, Horse, Junk, Mud, Big O.
Opiates are generally detectable in urine for 2–3 days, depending on the specific opioid and frequency of use
Phencyclidine (PCP), commonly known as Angel Dust, is a dissociative hallucinogenic drug that was originally developed as a surgical anesthetic. Its medical use was discontinued due to severe psychological side effects, but it continues to be abused for its powerful mind-altering and hallucinogenic properties.
PCP affects the central nervous system and can significantly alter perception, behavior, mood, and coordination. Because of its unpredictable effects and high abuse potential, PCP is routinely included in workplace, clinical, and forensic drug testing panels.
Hallucinations
Detachment from reality
Confusion
Aggressive or violent behavior
Numbness
Loss of coordination
Elevated blood pressure
Agitation
Heavy use may result in seizures, psychosis, coma, or death.
Angel Dust, Sherm, Wet, Rocket Fuel, Love Boat, Embalming Fluid.
PCP is generally detectable in urine for 5–8 days, although chronic users may remain positive for several weeks.
Marijuana is a psychoactive substance obtained from the Cannabis sativa plant. Its primary active ingredient, Delta-9-tetrahydrocannabinol (THC), interacts with cannabinoid receptors in the brain to produce feelings of relaxation, altered perception, and euphoria.
Marijuana may be smoked, vaporized, or consumed in edible products. Although legalized for medical or recreational use in some regions, THC remains one of the most frequently screened substances in workplace, clinical, and forensic drug testing programs.
Relaxation
Euphoria
Altered perception
Increased appetite
Dry mouth
Red eyes
Slowed reaction time
Impaired coordination
Frequent or heavy use may contribute to memory impairment, anxiety, reduced concentration, and cannabis dependence.
Weed, Pot, Cannabis, Grass, Herb, Ganja, Mary Jane, Hash.
THC is generally detectable in urine for 3–30 days, depending on the frequency of use. Chronic users may remain positive for several weeks

A colored line appears in both the Control (C) region and the Test (T) region for each drug panel. Even a faint Test (T) line should be interpreted as a negative result.
Only one colored line appears in the Control (C) region while no line appears in the corresponding Test (T) region. This indicates that the drug concentration may be at or above the established screening cutoff level. Any preliminary positive result should be confirmed using Gas Chromatography/Mass Spectrometry (GC-MS) or Liquid Chromatography–Tandem Mass Spectrometry (LC-MS/MS) before medical, legal, or employment decisions are made.
If no colored line appears in the Control (C) region, the test is invalid regardless of whether a Test line appears. Repeat the test using a new device and a fresh urine specimen
