The iScreen™ Cube Oral Fluid Drug Screen Test uses lateral flow chromatographic immunoassay technology to detect drugs and their metabolites in human oral fluid. The collection swab is placed inside the mouth until the sample saturation indicator confirms that a sufficient amount of saliva has been collected. The swab is then inserted into the testing device, where the oral fluid migrates across individual test membranes containing antibodies specific to each targeted drug.
If the drug concentration is below the established screening cutoff level, both the Control (C) and Test (T) lines appear, indicating a negative result. If the drug concentration is equal to or greater than the cutoff level, only the Control (C) line appears, indicating a preliminary positive result.
Because this device provides only preliminary screening results, any positive finding should be confirmed using Gas Chromatography/Mass Spectrometry (GC-MS), Liquid Chromatography/Mass Spectrometry (LC-MS), or equivalent confirmatory laboratory methods before making medical, legal, or employment decisions
Amphetamine is a prescription central nervous system (CNS) stimulant commonly used to treat Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) and narcolepsy. It works by increasing certain neurotransmitters in the brain, helping improve focus, attention, and alertness. However, amphetamine is also frequently misused because of its stimulating and performance-enhancing effects.
Due to its abuse potential, amphetamine is routinely included in workplace, clinical, forensic, and rehabilitation drug testing programs.

MDMA (3,4-Methylenedioxymethamphetamine), commonly known as Ecstasy or Molly, is a synthetic psychoactive drug with stimulant and mild hallucinogenic properties. It increases serotonin, dopamine, and norepinephrine levels in the brain, producing feelings of euphoria, emotional warmth, and increased energy.
Although commonly associated with parties and music festivals, repeated use may lead to dehydration, hyperthermia, cardiovascular complications, and long-term cognitive impairment.

Methamphetamine is generally detectable in oral fluid for approximately 24–72 hours after use.
Methadone is a long-acting synthetic opioid prescribed for the treatment of chronic pain and opioid use disorder. It is commonly used in medication-assisted treatment (MAT) programs to reduce opioid withdrawal symptoms and cravings. While highly effective when used under medical supervision, methadone also has the potential for misuse, dependence, and overdose.
Because of its abuse potential, methadone is routinely included in workplace, clinical, and rehabilitation drug testing panels.

Opiates are naturally occurring opioid drugs derived from the opium poppy, including morphine and codeine. They are commonly prescribed to relieve moderate to severe pain but are also frequently abused because of their pain-relieving and euphoric effects.
Repeated misuse can quickly lead to tolerance, physical dependence, addiction, and life-threatening respiratory depression.

Oxycodone is a semi-synthetic opioid analgesic prescribed to treat moderate to severe pain. While highly effective for pain management, it also carries a significant risk of misuse, dependence, and addiction due to its euphoric effects.
Because oxycodone is one of the most commonly misused prescription opioids, many professional drug screening programs include a dedicated test for this drug.

The iScreen™ Cube Oral Fluid Drug Screen Test (10 Panel) provides a fast, reliable, and non-invasive solution for the preliminary detection of 10 commonly abused drugs using oral fluid. Its integrated sample collection swab, built-in saturation indicator, secure tamper-resistant design, and easy-to-read results make it ideal for professional drug screening in workplace, healthcare, rehabilitation, forensic, and occupational health settings.
With results available in approximately 10 minutes, the iScreen™ Cube simplifies specimen collection while helping reduce opportunities for specimen substitution or adulteration. As with all rapid immunoassay screening devices, any preliminary positive result should be confirmed using Gas Chromatography/Mass Spectrometry (GC-MS), Liquid Chromatography/Mass Spectrometry (LC-MS), or equivalent confirmatory laboratory methods before medical, legal, or employment decisions are made.
The iScreen™ Cube Oral Fluid Drug Screen Test is a rapid, non-invasive oral fluid screening device designed for the qualitative detection of 10 commonly abused drugs in human saliva. Using advanced lateral flow chromatographic immunoassay technology, the test provides fast and reliable preliminary results in approximately 10 minutes, making it ideal for professional point-of-care drug testing.
Unlike traditional urine drug tests, the iScreen™ Cube uses oral fluid (saliva) as the testing specimen, eliminating the need for urine collection while reducing opportunities for specimen substitution, adulteration, and tampering. The integrated collection swab includes a sample saturation indicator, ensuring that an adequate oral fluid specimen has been collected before testing begins.
The device features a secure locking lid with an integrated clip, helping maintain specimen integrity throughout the testing process. Its compact, self-contained design combines specimen collection and drug screening into a single device, allowing for easy administration and interpretation of results. The photocopiable result window also simplifies documentation and record keeping.
The iScreen™ Cube is available in 5 to 10 drug panel configurations, allowing organizations to select the panel that best suits their testing requirements. This 10-panel configuration simultaneously screens for multiple commonly abused drugs from a single oral fluid specimen.
This assay provides preliminary qualitative screening results only. Any preliminary positive result should be confirmed using a more specific analytical technique such as Gas Chromatography/Mass Spectrometry (GC-MS), Liquid Chromatography/Mass Spectrometry (LC-MS), or their tandem mass spectrometry methods before medical, legal, or employment decisions are made.
The iScreen™ Cube Oral Fluid Drug Screen Test is intended for professional use only and is not intended for clinical diagnosis

A colored line appears in both the Control (C) region and the Test (T) region for each drug panel. Even a faint Test (T) line should be interpreted as a negative result, indicating that the drug concentration is below the established screening cutoff level.
Only one colored line appears in the Control (C) region while no line appears in the corresponding Test (T) region. This indicates that the drug concentration may be at or above the screening cutoff level. Any preliminary positive result should be confirmed using Gas Chromatography/Mass Spectrometry (GC-MS), Liquid Chromatography/Mass Spectrometry (LC-MS), or equivalent confirmatory laboratory methods before medical, legal, or employment decisions are made.
If no colored line appears in the Control (C) region, the test is invalid regardless of whether a Test line appears. Repeat the test using a new device and a new oral fluid specimen
