The iScreen™ Oral Fluid Drug Screen Cube uses lateral flow chromatographic immunoassay technology to detect drugs and their metabolites in human oral fluid. The collection swab is placed inside the mouth until the saliva saturation indicator confirms that an adequate specimen has been collected. The swab is then inserted into the testing device, where the oral fluid migrates across individual test membranes containing antibodies specific to each targeted drug.
If the drug concentration is below the established screening cutoff level, both the Control (C) and Test (T) lines appear, indicating a negative result. If the drug concentration is equal to or greater than the cutoff level, only the Control (C) line appears, indicating a preliminary positive result.
Because this device provides only preliminary screening results, any positive finding should be confirmed using Gas Chromatography/Mass Spectrometry (GC-MS), Liquid Chromatography/Tandem Mass Spectrometry (LC-MS/MS), or another appropriate confirmatory laboratory method before making medical, legal, employment, or insurance decisions
Amphetamine is a prescription central nervous system (CNS) stimulant commonly used to treat Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) and narcolepsy. It works by increasing certain neurotransmitters in the brain, helping improve focus, attention, and alertness. However, amphetamine is also frequently misused because of its stimulating and performance-enhancing effects.
Due to its abuse potential, amphetamine is routinely included in workplace, clinical, forensic, and rehabilitation drug testing programs.

Amphetamine is generally detectable in oral fluid for approximately 24–48 hours after use.
Barbiturates are medications that depress the central nervous system (CNS) and are prescribed to treat seizure disorders, anxiety, insomnia, and for anesthesia during certain medical procedures. Although they are prescribed less frequently today, barbiturates still carry a significant risk of misuse, dependence, and overdose.
Because of their sedative effects, barbiturates remain an important component of workplace, clinical, and forensic drug screening programs.

Cocaine is a powerful central nervous system stimulant derived from the coca plant. It produces intense but short-lived feelings of euphoria, increased confidence, and energy by rapidly increasing dopamine levels in the brain. Cocaine has a high potential for abuse and addiction and is routinely included in workplace, clinical, and forensic drug testing panels.

MDMA (3,4-Methylenedioxymethamphetamine), commonly known as Ecstasy or Molly, is a synthetic psychoactive drug with stimulant and mild hallucinogenic properties. It increases serotonin, dopamine, and norepinephrine levels in the brain, producing feelings of euphoria, emotional warmth, and increased energy.
Although commonly associated with parties and music festivals, repeated use may lead to dehydration, hyperthermia, cardiovascular complications, and long-term cognitive impairment.

MDMA is generally detectable in oral fluid for approximately 24–48 hours after use.
Methamphetamine is a highly addictive synthetic stimulant that affects the brain and central nervous system. It produces intense feelings of euphoria, increased energy, and heightened
alertness. Because of its powerful stimulant effects, methamphetamine has a high risk of abuse and long-term addiction.

Long-term misuse may result in severe weight loss, hallucinations, paranoia, memory impairment, and permanent brain damage.
Meth, Crystal Meth, Ice, Glass, Tina, Crank.
Methamphetamine is generally detectable in oral fluid for approximately 24–72 hours after use.
Methadone is a long-acting synthetic opioid prescribed to treat chronic pain and opioid use disorder. It is commonly used in medication-assisted treatment (MAT) programs to help reduce opioid withdrawal symptoms and cravings. While effective when used under medical supervision, methadone also has the potential for misuse, dependence, and overdose.
Because of its abuse potential, methadone is routinely included in workplace, clinical, rehabilitation, and forensic drug testing panels.

Opiates are naturally occurring opioid drugs derived from the opium poppy, including morphine and codeine. They are commonly prescribed to relieve moderate to severe pain but are also frequently abused because of their pain-relieving and euphoric effects.
Repeated misuse can quickly lead to tolerance, physical dependence, addiction, and life-threatening respiratory depression. Because of their widespread misuse, opiates are routinely included in workplace, clinical, rehabilitation, and forensic drug testing panels.

Oxycodone is a semi-synthetic opioid analgesic prescribed to treat moderate to severe pain. It is commonly used after surgery, injury, or for chronic pain management. While highly effective when taken as prescribed, oxycodone also has a high potential for misuse because of its pain-relieving and euphoric effects.
Because oxycodone is one of the most commonly misused prescription opioids, many professional drug screening programs include a dedicated test for this drug.

Phencyclidine (PCP), commonly known as Angel Dust, is a dissociative hallucinogenic drug originally developed as a surgical anesthetic. Although its medical use has been discontinued, PCP continues to be abused because of its powerful hallucinogenic and mind-altering effects.
PCP affects the central nervous system and can significantly alter perception, mood, behavior, and coordination. Because of its unpredictable effects and high abuse potential, it remains an important component of workplace, clinical, and forensic drug screening programs.

A colored line appears in both the Control (C) region and the Test (T) region for each drug panel. Even a faint Test (T) line should be interpreted as a negative result, indicating that the drug concentration is below the established screening cutoff level.
Only one colored line appears in the Control (C) region while no line appears in the corresponding Test (T) region. This indicates that the drug concentration may be at or above the screening cutoff level. Any preliminary positive result should be confirmed using Gas Chromatography/Mass Spectrometry (GC-MS), Liquid Chromatography/Tandem Mass Spectrometry (LC-MS/MS), or another appropriate confirmatory laboratory method before medical, legal, employment, or insurance decisions are made.
If no colored line appears in the Control (C) region, the test is invalid regardless of whether a Test line appears. Repeat the test using a new device and a fresh oral fluid specimen
